When you book a free Community Audit call through this website via Calendly, the following personal information may be collected:

  • Any additional information you share in the booking form or during the call, such as details about your Instagram account, business, and goals

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (e.g., health data, financial data) through this website.

3. Purposes of Collection

Your personal information is collected solely for the following purposes:

  • To schedule and confirm your free Community Audit call
  • To prepare for your call and personalize the advice provided
  • To follow up after the call if you have expressed interest in working together
  • To send you information about the Community From Scratch program if you have requested it

Your information will not be used for any purpose other than those listed above without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal information is collected on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a booking request through Calendly. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting nathalie@mtlhiking.ca.

5. Communication and Disclosure of Personal Information

Your personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

It may be accessible to the following third-party service provider strictly for the purpose of scheduling:

  • Calendly — an online scheduling platform used to manage bookings. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to information collected through their platform. We encourage you to review it at calendly.com/privacy.

Your information may also be disclosed if required by law, court order, or competent authority.

6. Retention and Destruction

Your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with applicable law.

Once the information is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed or anonymized. Booking records are generally retained for a maximum of 12 months following your last interaction.
